Foundation Provides Supplies for Teachers!
County and state budgets were unable to allot a single penny to teachers for purchasing supplies.  The Foundation was able to
fill that gap by providing nearly $2,000 to teachers for supplies during the summer of 2010.  We are glad to be able to help
teachers meet the needs of our children.
    Landscaping
Countless members of our community are benefiting from the newly renovated field.  Davis students, the Lassiter Junior
Trojans Lacrosse team, and surrounding neighbors who use the field after school hours are all enjoying the Foundation-
sponsored field renovation.  Money raised from last year's Boosterthon was used to repair and update our back field.
Private Landscape, Inc. did a fantastic job fixing our drainage issues, creating a field that will no longer hold water, and
rendering it functional for our students.
